This policy explains how Association Core LLC (“Association Core,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through associationcore.com (the “Site”). Questions can be sent to info@associationcore.com.

Information You Provide

When you submit a request for proposal, contact form, or email, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, and details about your association and its needs. We use this information only to respond to you and to evaluate and deliver a potential engagement. Form submissions are processed by our form service provider (Formspree) and delivered to our business email.

RFP and inquiry details are treated as confidential. We do not share them outside Association Core except with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed to provide those services.

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information including device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with the Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the Site. Clarity records interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, and page rendering, and uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Clarity masks text that visitors type into form fields. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and the data is stored in Microsoft Azure.

AMC Readiness Scorecard

Answers to the AMC Readiness Scorecard are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to discuss your results, your scores are copied into our contact form, and they are sent only if you submit that form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works but will not prevent you from contacting us. You may also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.

Retention

We keep inquiry and proposal information for as long as needed to respond, pursue or deliver an engagement, and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@associationcore.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change accordingly.
